Ionline provides a complete, transparent, turnkey Internet service on behalf of any company wishing to supply an Internet service such as dialup access to its customers, but who do not wish to take on the financial and technical burden of creating and managing such a service.
The Ionline Virtual Internet concept
Currently there are significant barriers to entry into the Internet Service Provider market for anyone wanting to open an ISP business. These are primarily of a financial and technical skills requirement nature, where creating and operating a traditional model Internet service provider business requires a significant financial investment and extensive technical knowledge and skills. This has resulted in computer dealers and other companies being in the frustrated position of owning a customer base with which they share a close trust relationship, but not being able to leverage that customer base and sell value added services such as Internet services into that base.
We are in a unique position whereby we can provide a company with an ISP service for its customers on their behalf, designed specifically with a low barrier to entry. This can provide these companies with additional services to sell into their substantial customer base giving them the ability to add significantly to their business with an additional source of steady annuity income. Our model is based on the simple concept where all a Virtual Internet Service Provider (VSIP) has to do is sign up the customer and Ionline will take care of everything needed to deliver that Internet service. Our services includes all the infrastructure, services such as email and web hosting, billing and help desk requirements needed to run a successful VISP business. We provide all of these services to the VISP’s customers.
