What does it cost to be a Virtual Internet Service Provider?
Our VISP program has the following pricing. All prices Exclude VAT:
Program sign-up fee: R950.00
Monthly subscription fee : R350
In addition to the Internet services you will receive as a VISP customer, you will also be provided with full access to all existing and future Virtual Internet products and services.
Is there a minimum number of accounts I must buy?
No. other than your VISP monthly subscription fee there are no other costs, hidden or otherwise.
What do dialup accounts cost?
We have several Internet products and services, but our very basic service is a full access 56k Internet dialup account with a basket of related services such as email with virus-scanning from as little as R69 per month. All prices Exclude VAT:
How are accounts processed?
We take care of all of the billing for your customers. As you sign up customers the admin system will add your customers to our backend debit system.
How much money can I make?
We do not create a ceiling or a limit.

Web Mail – Your customers can access their e-mail from any computer connected to the Internet, anywhere in the world with Web Mail. Their webmail will be branded with wireless toys.

To provide world class service a BISP requires a high quality customer care and service facilitation capability to provide real-time support to customers. We subscribe to a customer-centric philosophy and believe that customers deserve the highest degree of service quality and support. We provide your customers with access to a 24x7, 365 telephonic technical support and customer care facility for support with any dialing/connecting, e-mail or web browsing problems.
