What do I need to do – Must I be an expert in running an ISP?
No, you don’t need to be an expert. We make it really easy for you by giving you the tools to support your customer. All you need to do is offer 1st level support to your customers. What do I get when I sign up as a VISP?
You get your own premier-level Internet Service. You also get your own dialup Internet connection pack and your own ISP Control panel, which you use as your administration website, where you can sell and maintain your internet services from. In addition, you get all the help and support you need.
What do my ISP customers get?
A price competitive, high quality state-of-the-art premier Internet service, with countrywide dialup points, support desk, user web pages -email with virus scanning, We’re transparent to your customers and everything we do, we do behind the scenes so you get all the credit. Most important of all that means that your customers get another premier, value-added service from you.
Is it expensive? How much will it cost me?
We offer a very low cost of entry into the VISP market. We can deliver everything you need for a very reasonable upfront cost of only R950 once off and a low monthly fee of R350. After you’re up and running you don’t have to worry about collections or accounts.
We bill the customers for you and at the end of the month we send you a commission summary. You will then send us an invoice for the total on your commission summary. All our commission payments are made on the 15th of the month. You will see that all you need is about 6 customers to cover your monthly investment
